Baths For Detox

Your skin is the largest organ in your body.

You know you perspire and sweat comes out of your pores. Creams, lotions, and oils go into those small pores. That’s why you need to be very careful about what you put on your skin. The great thing is that you can take a bath that will relax you and and pull out toxins through your pores.

Hydrotherapy, the ancient healing art of bathing, has been around for centuries because it works.

Relax, light a candle and make a habit of this luxurious remedy to realize how much better you feel afterwards.

Your body, mind and spirit will thank you.

At this time in history, when everyone’s health is of paramount importance, it’s great to have simple things that you can do at home that promote health. Start with a bath.

Bath water should be as hot as you can tolerate. Stay in it  for at least 20 minutes; it’s ideal if you get out when the water has cooled. Take baths at night so your body can be healing while you sleep. Take a shower in the morning.

Add These to Your Bath Water

• Baking soda: (2 cups) to remove radiation, toxicity and to balance an acidic PH

• Sea salt: (2 cups) to leach toxicity from the body

• Sea salt and baking soda: (1 cup of each) to leach radiation and toxins from the body

• Apple cider vinegar: (2 cups) for sore muscles and to help balance your PH

• Hydrogen peroxide: (1/3 cup) will oxidize and break down pesticides and petroleum based products your cells have stored
